Return & Refund Policy

Important Notice

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from fibracellreeds.com. If you purchased Fibracell products from a retailer or distributor, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return products within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item

Items NOT Eligible for Return

Reeds that have been played or tried cannot be returned. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any reeds that have been removed from their packaging or show any signs of use.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fibracellreeds.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the defect
  • Photos of the defective product

We will review your case and arrange a replacement if the product is confirmed defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@fibracellreeds.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method at your expense
  5. Provide us with the tracking number

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at support@fibracellreeds.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.

Retailer Purchases

If you purchased Fibracell products from a music store, online retailer, or distributor, please contact them directly regarding returns. Each retailer has their own return policy that applies to purchases made through them.
