Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders suspected of fraud.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Please review our Shipping Policy for complete details, including free shipping for U.S. orders over $100.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened products purchased directly from our website. Played or tried reeds cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please review our Return Policy for complete details.

Product Defects

While we do not offer a warranty, we stand behind our products. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fibracellreeds.com with photos of the defect. We will review your case and provide a replacement if the product is confirmed defective.

Wholesale and Distributor Orders

Wholesale and distributor inquiries are handled separately via email. These Terms apply to consumer purchases made through our website. Wholesale customers are subject to separate terms as agreed upon directly with our sales team. Contact support@fibracellreeds.com for wholesale inquiries.
