If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@fibracellreeds.com with your order number. For lost packages, please allow at least 5 business days past the estimated delivery date before reporting. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or resolve the issue.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
